When can I expect my delivery to arrive?
We typically ship orders on Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure mid-week delivery. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's progress.
Are the meal containers microwave and freezer safe?
Yes, all our containers are BPA-free and specifically designed for use in both the microwave and the freezer. We recommend venting the lid before heating.
Can I customize the ingredients in a specific meal?

What is your return policy for perishable food items?
